30-day guarantee. If the files will not download, are broken, or do not match the list on this page, email us within 30 days with your order number. We will fix it or refund you.
Once you have downloaded and used the files for your own work, we cannot treat them as unused. Faults and file-list mismatches are always covered.
This is a file pack. We do not promise you will earn money from it.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top of this policy and cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
To request a refund, use the form at https://hub.nymoren.com/refund or email support@nymoren.com. We reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday, and process approved refunds through the store you paid on.
